“The Singing Actress” in Baden-Baden
Sonya Yoncheva presents for the first time her new program The Singing Actress. In the one-off concert on May 19 at the Festspielhaus Baden-Baden, Sonya performs famous pieces from cinema soundtracks and songs some of the most celebrated actresses of the 20th century were known for interpreting.
The program features Sonya singing “Somewhere”, “The Love Inside”, “Zamalči, zamalči”, “Parole, parole”, “L’Amour en heritage”, “L’Amour en heritage”, “No me mires más”, “No me mires más” and “Küss mich, bitte, bitte küss mich”. Additionally, Nayden Todorov conducts the Philharmonie Baden-Baden in music from famous movies such as Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, To Kill a Mockingbird, Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones and Beauty and the Beast.
