Sonya Yoncheva to star in Vienna State Opera’s Jubilee Concert
On 26 May 2019, Sonya Yoncheva will star in the Jubilee Concert celebrating the 150th anniversary of the Vienna State Opera, singing “Un bel dì vedremo” from Madama Butterfly. The free concert will take place at Herbert von Karajan Platz and will feature a star-studded line-up of singers including Roberto Alagna, Benjamin Bernheim, Ferruccio Furlanetto, Jonas Kaufmann, Aleksandra Kurzak, Erwin Schrott and Nina Stemme. Marco Armiliato will lead the orchestra and chorus of the Vienna State Opera.
