Christmas Concert in Versailles
Sonya Yoncheva stars in a Christmas concert at the Royal Chapel of the Palace of Versailles on December 10.
Accompanied by the Choir and Orchestra of the Opéra Royal of Versailles under the baton of Stefan Plewniak, Sonya performs works by Handel, Gounod, Puccini, Mascagni, Lloyd Webber, Berlin, Adam and Mohr.
In Andrew Lloyd Webber’s “Pie Jesu” from the composer’s Requiem, Sonya sings alongside her son Mateo Garcia Hindoyan.
The concert is video taped by SY11 for a future release.
