Mimì in “La Bohème” at Staatsoper Berlin
Sonya Yoncheva is back at the Staatsoper Unter den Linden in Berlin, reprising one of her most performed roles: Mimì in Puccini’s La Bohème. The staging is by Lindy Hume and already saw Sonya starring as Mimì in the 2015/16 season at the same theatre.
This season’s run opens on December 18 and sees a total of six performances, with following shows taking place on December 21, 26, 28 and 30 as well as on January 2.
Domingo Hindoyan conducts a cast which also includes Elsa Dreisig, Charles Castronovo, Adam Kutny, Carles Pachon, David Oštrek, Magnus Dietrich and Olaf Bär.
